The rules governing your use of NextGen AI Systems

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NextGen AI Systems API, dashboard, and related enterprise services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Description of Services

NextGen AI provides a comprehensive Reliability Layer for AI Systems. Our suite includes, but is not limited to, the Reasoning Engine, Persistent Memory Layer, Verification Layer, Explainability Engine, and Multi-Agent Orchestration. We augment your existing AI deployments to ensure accurate, traceable, and logical outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • In any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the verification layers or memory systems provided by NextGen AI.
  • To transmit any material that is maliciously designed to disrupt our distributed optimization infrastructure.
  • To exceed the API rate limits established in your enterprise service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

NextGen AI Systems retains all proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including our proprietary verification algorithms, orchestration protocols, and all related intellectual property. Your data processed through our Memory Layer remains your property.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For enterprise customers, specific uptime guarantees and support response times are detailed in your individual Service Level Agreement. We strive to maintain continuous availability for all our reliability infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our systems are designed to eliminate AI hallucinations and ensure logical consistency, NextGen AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify enterprise clients of any material changes via email or through the platform dashboard.
